I want to install HP pocket media drive 160 GB in my dell laptop. But my comp cannot install it. How to solve?
My computer does not seem to find the driver for HP pocket media driver. I have seen that the HP laptops find the pocket media drive instantly. The HP website said that I could use this portable hard disk with any computer (e.g. Dell).
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
If your talking about an external HD, You’ll need to install the driver, and Restart your computer, Make sure that you restart after installing it, it wont show up until you do.
Then Make sure that its in the Correct format, should be FAT32.
It should be since its an external. It doesn’t matter what brand of External you use, Like your doing an HP on a DELL won’t make any difference.
