Building my own Computer with a $900 budget help?

I am going to build a gaming computer and i want to be able to play all the games i encounter at high settings…i have no idea how to build one so i am looking for a guide to help me build one as well with the parts i should be using to make it the 900 dollars does not include keyboard mouse and monitor its just for the computer its self the monitor i am going to use is http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3986505&csid=ITD&body=MAIN so please post what you think…and i also would like to be operating at vista 64bit…or this can be worked out depending what would be better so post your thoughts and guides on how i should do this please will +best answer
@ efd for that price look at the hard drive space look at the memory its only 2g and the extra $99 is taking away from my keyboard mouse and monitor…

EDIT: I just took a look at the “alien ware comput” it’s not boad, but to get what I have found, you’d have to spend another $500 plus shipping and tax. it’s laughable. they would charge oyu $150 for the same ram, and that ram would be made by an infirior company.

Also if oyu were to upgrade to the 750GB drive, they would charge you $200 for that! funny. and they don’t even offer the 9800GTX+, they have the knock off available. the 9800GT. we mihgt all think, well that can’t be that much of a difference, but really it does. The 9800GTX+ is almost twice as good as the 9800GT. this is because the 9800GT is just a rehashed 8800GS. not kidding. they have almost the same benchmark scores.

The motherboard they are offering is a joke. it offers no overclocking capabilities and oyu aren’t even getting anyhting beyond the standard cpu cooler and exhast fan with this model. at least the case I showed you has two air intake fans i the front, one intake or exhaust fan ont the side, one in the back for exhaust and a giant intake on top.

Don’t go with alien ware. the combination I showed oyu will not only be cheaper and better, but also much more fun to build and learn from
