Is the Dell Precision M70 a good gaming laptop?

Considering buying a refurbished Dell Precision M70 for around 600. Will this be okay for gaming (Civilization 5, City of Heroes, maybe new RTS/FPS games). I’m okay with turning down graphics for my games.
