how do I increase CPU frequency?

I bought a game and it says you need a minium CPU frequency of 1.9GHZ. I understand you can overclock if you increase this too much, but primarily how do you actually get to the place where you can adjust it?
Also, is it possible to increase memory and video memory?
Sorry, I’m not great with the more ‘advanced’ things concerning computers; it’s not like they teach it to us at school xD

You can increase the speed of your CPU either in the BIOS (hit delete key as soon as you turn the computer on) or using some windows software depending on the CPU and motherboard you have. There are other ways involving hard-mods such as wiring contacts together on the motherboard and/or CPU itself, but these carry far more risk. If you google the words “overclock” and the model of your cpu and motherboard, then you’ll get the best indication of what you can do and how.
Alternatively you can just upgrade the CPU to a faster one, either installing it yourself or getting the shop to do it for you.
The only way to increase memory (I take it you mean RAM not hard drive space) is to buy more and pop it into the computer.
If your graphics is integrated (on your motherboard, not a seperate card), then you can increase the amount of video memory in the BIOS, though this takes away from your system memory (RAM) ie, if you have 512mb RAM and set Video Memory to 128mb, then you will only be left with 384mb of system RAM.
I’m not sure what kind of school you go to where ICT isn’t on the curriculum, if you ask around the maths/physics departments you should be able to find someone who’ll help you out with computery stuff.

Highly Accurate Radio Frequency Signal Generator

This radio frequency signal generator, model A0400001, offers non-volatile RAM which can store a hundred samples of data. It features both an RS-232C and an IEEE-488 interface.
