Pros & Cons Of Buying Your Computer With Printer Together
It can be a tempting offer to buy your computer and printer at the same time. Many leading brands offer lucrative deals, which can sweeten the offer. However, while this can pose a significant cost advantage, there are some pros and cons when purchasing a PC and a printer together.
Price aspect
Probably, one of the biggest advantages of buying a computer and a printer together is because of the price reduction. If you were to buy a PC and a printer separately you would find the overall costs to be much more than what you pay for both together. Most brands slash their rates when you bundle the computer purchase and printer as part of a package. Festivals and holiday seasons are the best times to avail such offers as brands offer the most discounts during this time.
Compatibility
Purchasing a computer and a printer from the same brand means that there is more compatibility involved. There is less likely to be issues about improper drivers for the printer or being unable to find the latest device drivers for your printer. There is also less likely to be hardware malfunction and associated issues. What this entails is that you will be less likely to face troubleshooting issues and less likely to call up the technical support staff every now and then.
Better deals
Many brands are clever enough to position their special offers in such a manner that you feel you are getting the best offer. You might be able to find a better deal if you were to do a bit of research on your own. In fact, you may also find that purchasing a computer from one brand and a printer from another proves to be more cost effective that purchasing both together from the same brand. The features provided in a particular printer brand may also be smarter, more intuitive and provide more efficiency. Many brands try to pass off the lower-end printers when they provide their package deals. Thus, while you may think you are getting a great deal, fact is you maybe buying an average printer along with the computer.
Versatile printers
Nowadays, there are many different styles and features provided in printers. One example is the multifunction printer. These have copier, scanner, fax as well as printing mechanisms included as part of their feature sets. Hence, purchasing such a printer makes smarter sense compared to buying a basic printer along with your computer purchase. If you decide to start a home business or a small office later on, these printers will be invaluable to your needs. The cost savings of having your own multifunction printer is huge, especially when you consider the gamut of functionalities offered. Thus, instead of purchasing only a basic conventional printer along with the computer, it is better to buy a special multifunction printer for more efficiency. This way you get more advantage and mileage from both.

How do I convince my dad to let me buy computer games?
I have to go buy a book for honors english,so maybe I want sims2 university too.My dad has games break the computer clogged in his head and I really want uni.I won’t have more than three and 2 exps games on the computer at a time;I have simcity,ageofempires2,and sims2,and opf.I will uninstall simcity if I get uni.Any advice on what I can tell to convince him to let me buy a game.
Well, I don’t want to disappoint you, but Sims 2: University isn’t really as good as it sounds. I was looking forward to getting it as well (it came in a big pack with University, Nightlife, Open for Business and Family Fun Stuff which I got a while ago.) To be honest, the game isn’t that great, but I’m not going to try to stop you buying it.
Tell your Dad you will uninstall SimCity before you get the game, he should let you get it, if not just try installing it… secretly… without him knowing. If the problem is buying the game itself, either ask to borrow it from a friend or something or maybe get it from an online shop like Ebay or Amazon.com. (cheaper than the store prices.)
I hope this helps.
Good luck!
