i know i got to download sound drivers to my motherboard but i dont know what the soundcard looks like.?
alrite, i have a BioStar MotherBoard on a dell XP. and some guy cleaned out and re-installed everything. but once i got it back there was no sound. then i looked it up. and it said i have to look for the soundcard Code or type or sumthing. but idk what the soundcard looks like or where its located or anything.
PLEASE HELP me threw this!!!

If your PC is from Dell you should be able to go to the Dell support site and download the drivers. The good thing is that if the drivers are not for the right sound card, they won’t work anyhow. Do you know which model of Dell you have?
