I have a 1.5ghz amd athlon chip No..27291 I want to know how much I can increase it and whats a good sound card for it,and I think its a 475pin motherboard.

You need to find out exactly what socket type your processor has before you can do anything. AMD never formatted a CPU for a “475 pin”.
