Best Card for AGP 8X Motherboard?

Is the ATI Radeon X1650 Pro (AGP 8x 512 MB) the best graphics card I can get for a 8x AGP motherboard? If so will it be good enough to run a game as demanding as say Oblvion?
I have found 2 ATI Radeon X1950 Pros made by other companies, which one is more reliable? PowerColor X1950 PRO – graphics adapter – Radeon X1950 Pro – 512 MB, or Diamond Viper ATI Radeon X1950PRO – graphics adapter – Radeon X1950 Pro – 512 MB?
Also there is the XFX GeForce 7950 GT – graphics adapter – GF 7950 GT – 512 MB, which of the 3 is better (price is not a problem).
